This policy explains what happens to information when you use Zapwright: Gadgetfall from Raayu Studios ("we", "us"). We have written it to be read. If anything is unclear, email support@raayustudios.com.
The short version
- There are no accounts, sign-ups or passwords.
- We do not ask for your name, email, location or contacts.
- Your progress and settings are saved on your device only.
- The games are not designed for children under 13.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress, scores, settings (such as sound and theme) and similar items in the app's private storage on your device. We do not receive this data. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage removes it.
Advertising
This version has no ads and no in-app purchases.
The game contains no advertising code and no analytics or tracking tools, and it does not use your advertising ID.
Permissions
The game asks only for permissions it needs: internet access (to download optional extra music from our website) and, if you enable it, vibration. It does not ask for your contacts, camera, microphone, files or precise location.
Specific to this game
- The game can download optional extra music for later chapters over HTTPS from the Raayu Studios website. Like any website, our host may log technical request data such as your IP address for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify you. The game checks each file before using it and keeps playing the music on your device if a download fails.
- This version has no advertising and no in-app purchases.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Because we hold no personal data on our own servers, we have nothing to share beyond what ad providers collect as described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, California, Canada, Australia or the Gulf region), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to certain processing. Game data stays on your device, so its security depends on your device. We keep no user data on our servers, so there is nothing to retain.
